Volunteers—like you!—are the magic behind the scenes and the friendly faces at our events. We’re looking for people who have a genuine love for animals and a commitment to putting their needs first while on the property.

To ensure our volunteers feel confident and supported, we provide thorough training in safe, respectful care practices. We pay special attention to each animal's unique history, understanding that past experiences can shape their responses to care.

With a variety of volunteer opportunities, there’s a place for everyone here:

• Animal Care: Feeding, grooming, and spending time with our horses and donkeys.

• Barn Chores: Cleaning stalls, keeping water fresh, and maintaining a clean, comfortable space for the animals.

• Facility Maintenance: Repairing fences, keeping pastures tidy, and ensuring our grounds stay beautiful and functional.

• Special Events: Assisting with fundraising, community events, and outreach to raise awareness and support.

• Tour Guides: Welcoming visitors, leading tours, facilitating meet-and-greets, and sharing knowledge about our animals.

• Administrative Support: Helping with essential tasks like data entry, accounting, and inventory to keep us organized.

• Social Media and Digital Outreach: Creating posts, managing email newsletters, updating our website, and keeping our community connected.

• Marketing and Community Outreach: Reaching out to local media, schools, businesses, and community groups to raise awareness, plan events, and distribute promotional materials.

• Grant Writing and Reporting: Researching grants, drafting applications, and assisting with reports on funding impact.
