Ed and Cheri Marks, the founders of Jess' Haven, created this sanctuary after witnessing the pain abandoned and neglected horses suffered first-hand and decided to take action. Their commitment to ensuring that no horse or donkey is ever mistreated or forgotten is reflected in the flourishing of each rescue that steps foot—or, ahem, may we say hoof—onto the ranch.
